Very peaceful overall experience. Well-equipped room and a comfortable bed.

The location here was pretty peaceful, right by the main highway and close to a lovely park and city center. the restaurant served a great breakfast 🍳.

The room was modern and functional, had comfy beds. All the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel was magnificent - relatively near Iglesia Merced Catholic Church. Btw, went to city center, located within a close distance from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the bustling plaza des armas and explore the local shops and cafes. The hotel itself was top-notch, with its excellent service and housekeeping. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Additionally, we were impressed with the numerous amenities provided, such as the free Wi-Fi, in-room safe, and air conditioning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. we were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends!

My stay at Hotel Diego De Almagro was fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable and functional, making it easy for me to relax and unwind. The hotel's location in Chillan is perfect, with a short walking distance to the beautiful Siqueiros Mural and the bustling center of town. The highlight for me was the surprising quality of the WiFi, which provided excellent coverage and fast speeds throughout the hotel. Despite a minor issue with hot water that was quickly resolved, my overall experience was wonderful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This place is wonderful, tidy, has excellent service, and is a good value, with clean bathrooms and reasonably large rooms, just 0.5 miles away from the airport.

The restaurant had a good selection for breakfast and dinner, and the waiters were attentive and friendly. Additionally, there was a lovely playground nearby perfect for families with young children.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and we also enjoyed the free access to the pool. the hotel had a great location near several attractions which made it easy to explore the city without much hassle. we appreciated the modern amenities in our room, which were clean and well-maintained.

The lack of information about the city's restaurants, supermarkets, and shops was not helpful, making it difficult to find other dining options outside of the hotel. the language barrier was an issue, as the majority of staff members did not speak our language and we had to use a translation app to communicate.
